Our Pilgrim hops are supplied as high-density pellets, processed by removing stems and compressing the hop cones for maximum longevity and alpha acid concentration. These pellets are vacuum-sealed in specialized aluminum packaging to preserve their refreshing ‘hoppy’ aroma, which features distinct notes of spices, cedar, and honey, driven by high levels of humulene and selinene.
